The programme aims to develop an in-depth understanding of the core disciplines in the area of human resources. It recognises that HR must operate in challenging and dynamic business environments that are constantly changing and seeks to enable students to deliver effective business solutions that optimise the people resources of their organisation.

PDP "Human Resource Management" is aimed primarily at individuals seeking an academic qualification at postgraduate level while also wishing to advance their career to assume positions at a senior management level with a specific focus on human resource management.

  • All you need is a computer or laptop and a broadband internet connection, and we’ll provide the rest.
  • As well as course materials, you’ll have access to online resources including videos andadditional programme components relevant to your course.

Entry Requirements:

All our courses have the same minimum entry requirements for taught our programmes. You may also be required to provide evidence of your English language proficiency.

  • A good honours degree from a recognised university or qualification or experience deemed to be equivalent;
  • English Language competency requirements vary among courses;
  • Relevant work experience minimum 1 year;

If you do not meet our formal entry requirements, but still feel you can demonstrate the ability to complete the course successfully, you may still be accepted onto a course. Each application will be considered on its merits.

Training Progress:

We have a unique approach to learning, which focuses on bringing theory to life, giving you the skills and insight you need to really make a difference. Duration of the programme is 1 month remote-session divided onto 1 weeks modules. Every module should be submitted with appropriate test, that you are to provide online for checking up.  At the end of the programme each of the participants receives a professional certificate from the MMU Business School.   

For your studies you will just need your computer/tablet/smartphone with Internet access. Digital − the new normal in business − will strengthen your learning process. Our MMU Smart Education platform grant you access to all of the learning materials anywhere and anytime.
