Refund Policy:
For all services that are paid for on this site, the following policy is applicable for refund of the fee that you pay for the services.
You can request a full or partial refund up to 10 (ten) days after confirmation that your purchase has been completed and at the same time the access to the programme/course hasn't been provided.
In case you have a weghty reason to ask a refund it can only be issued if:
In all cases where you make a refund request, the request has to come to us in either one of the two forms given below:
1. In the form of an email sent by you from the SAME email address, which was submitted by you to us at the time of registration for the service. This email is to be addressed to the SAME address from which you receive communication from the institution.
2. In the form of a formal letter addressed to the Admissions Office the address of which is 42B Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5LA, United Kingdom
The Management & Marketing Universal Business School will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it. While we make every effort to run programmes/courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change programme/course content, assessment, dates. We also reserve the right to suspend any student who disrupts a programme/course by his or her unacceptable behaviour.
